Role : Project Manager with a strong background in reference data management and derivatives Location : NYC NY (Onsite) 6+ Months 13+ year experience is mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in the financial services industry, specifically with reference data and derivatives. Strong understanding of financial instruments, particularly derivatives, and their lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in managing reference data projects including data quality, data governance, and data architecture. Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum. Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements related to derivatives (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II). Familiarity with data management standards such as ISO 20022 or FIBO.
