Experience as a strong Windows, o365 & Azure administrator Experience as a Strong o365 systems administrator to implement and support the systems in the environment (Expertise on administration of SharePoint, Teams, Box etc.) Strong hands-on experience on data migration between Box to OneDrive, SharePoint etc. Hands on experience on user migration across o365 Tenants Hands on Experience on AD configurations and migrations Hands on experience on Automation through Power scripting Experience on file server management and migrations Work with 24x7 Global team to support production and nonproduction infrastructure. Basic understanding of Understand the infrastructure at the network, load balancers (F5 Big IP), security, and storage layers. Support deployment, change management, and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues. Document technical requirements and processes. Ability to work well with the team and on various projects. Designing solutions for migrations and IT consolidations. Past work in an environment whose infrastructure supports both business users as well as software developers. Skill in performing routine operations tasks and their automation. Routine tasks include system monitoring, reviewing system and application logs, and production support. Experience with system monitoring tools. Excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and discuss information with both tech and non-tech decision makers.
