Position: Genesys Consultant Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Hands on experience in SIP Voice Solution and troubleshooting of SIP Signalling. Implementation and deployment of Genesys components including Voice and Multimedia. Good knowledge on SIP Cluster Architecture is required. Good understanding of Genesys Reporting components such as Pulse, ICON and Infomart. Knowledge of Codecs, sip signalling and SBC configuration. Troubleshooting of IVR, Voice call flows using GVP, SIP and ORS/URS logs.
