Position: 100% Remote Cisco Network Engineer with Strong Software-Defined Access (SDA) Fabric and Identity Services Engine (ISE) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Description: We are seeking a skilled Cisco Network Engineer with expertise in Software-Defined Access (SDA) Fabric and Identity Services Engine (ISE). The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration, implementation, and support of these technologies within our network infrastructure. While knowledge of Tetration is not required, a basic understanding of Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) for integration purposes is necessary. This position involves scheduled after-hours and weekend work to ensure seamless network operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Cisco SDA Fabric solutions to enhance network performance and security. Utilize Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for policy management, secure network access, and endpoint compliance. Perform basic configuration and integration of Cisco ACI as needed. Plan and execute network cutovers during scheduled after-hours and weekends. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to SDA Fabric and ISE. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of network solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cisco Network Engineer with a focus on SDA Fabric and ISE. Solid understanding of Cisco network technologies and protocols. Basic knowledge of Cisco ACI for integration purposes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for scheduled after-hours and weekend work.
