Youll play a crucial role in redesigning the safety incident process and driving new development initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the safety incident workflow. Redefine the 5-step process: initial review, investigation, action planning, findings, and closure. Utilize Jira, web services, and .NET expertise to bring in data and optimize interfaces. Conduct data queries to extract relevant information. Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach and fostering a positive team culture. Engage with stakeholders to ensure excellence in product delivery. Manage thousands of end users, ensuring seamless system performance. Exhibit determination, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong .NET development skills perform code review. Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices. Database knowledge and ability to work with web services. Proven leadership abilities and a hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills. Passion for solving complex problems and driving results.
