Position : Finance/Business Analyst Location : White Plains, NY (Hybrid) Duration : 6+ Months Contract ( // Only ) Must Have Finance Alfa System (loan or leasing) We are seeking a candidate to work in the Ops Transformation team particularly focusing on leasing/loan operations projects and initiatives. Responsibilities Analyst/Associate level role with 2-5 years experience. Work may include doing business research and analysis, documenting requirements, preparing, and conducting test cases, preparing documentation, creating/updating procedures/workflows, etc. Utilize commercial banking experience, lease and loan finance knowledge, and comfortable working with both operations and technology. Work closely with Operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for system configuration, enhancements, and process improvements. Support operations stakeholders in configuration of the system. Conduct analysis to support Operations team decision making and planning. Collaborate with Technology stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of solution. Qualifications Experience with commercial loan/leasing platform systems necessary. Experience with Alfa Systems required. Experience in projects focusing on lease/loan system implementation required. Experience with Microsoft Office products necessary. Able to go to White Plains office (2 days /week). May also include going to 277 Park Ave and Harborside in Jersey City as needed.
