The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services. Implement and manage message streaming platforms using Apache Kafka. Develop and optimize database solutions using MongoDB. Deploy, manage, and scale applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Proven experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing. Extensive experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
