Role :: Site Reliability Engineer(SRE) Location :: Raleigh,NC/Charlotte,NC/Dallas,TX/Chandler,AZ(Need Local Only for Onsite) Type :: Contract Rate :: $55/hr on C2C(Max, Non Negotiable) Key Responsibilities: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure and applications. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to detect and resolve issues proactively. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and develop preventive measures. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Create and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure. Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure supports application requirements. Manage cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises systems. Identify areas for improvement in system reliability, performance, and security. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Respond to and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support. Document incident responses and create post-incident reports. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in SRE role. Proven experience with automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management. Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking. Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
