Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders. Manage dependencies between different workstreams Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks. Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.
