Under the guidance of a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure that our Salesforce implementation aligns with business goals, integrates smoothly with other systems, and is scalable for future growth. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a curious problem solver, and a collaborative teammate who thrives in a highly agile, multi-directional team environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive architectural solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across our Salesforce platform and integrations. Create and maintain architectural documentation and blueprints. Work with product management team and the business to understand requirements and vision to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with architects, developers, administrators, and the project managers, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce system. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team. Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from stakeholders, colleagues, and leaders. Have fun, get creative, and deliver value together with the whole team. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the technical stack.
