Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Exton, PA (Day1 Onsite) Contract- 12+ Months Job Description: The candidate should possess 10+ years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience. The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation. Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live. Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems. Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas. Experience working in onsite-offshore model.
