Position: Workday Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: This person will need to be a part of an in-person meeting at the end of July at the office in Auburn Hills (remote position besides this meeting) where they will do the blueprint for the client Financial Services.--- Client will pay the travel expenses. Description: The consultant would be helping the client tap onto Workday. Will be relying on the consultant to tell them what to do for Workday business processes in HR. Duties: - Document business concerns/issues and capture related requirements for changes to the system and proposed projects. - Convey requirements to and review proposed solutions with Workday Services Partner. - Evaluate proposed changes to Workday Financials to determine fit against system health and best practices. - Perform Sandbox testing of proposed changes and create user documentation for new and existing processes. - Evaluate 3rd party external solutions/systems against business functional and Workday Financials technical requirements. - Coordinate demonstrations with internal teams and facilitate decision making through the use of evaluations covering business and technical requirements.
