Position : Agile Product Owner Location : Atlanta, GA (Remote) Duration : 12+ Months Contract Only / JOB DESCRIPTION The Agile Product Owner is the visionary leader who bridges the gap between customer needs and development realities. They orchestrate the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with the team to deliver a product that maximizes user value and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders. Conduct regular product demonstrations and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in services procurement and agile methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment. In-depth knowledge of services procurement processes and best practices. Experience with SAP S/4Hana, Ariba, and Field glass is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
