Job Description for the same is written below. Job title: Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+Months No H1B-CPT Job Description: Salesforce Development (90%): Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Create and manage complex workflow rules, validation rules, and custom triggers. Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with other business systems. Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability. Implement custom user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Technical Leadership and Collaboration (10%): Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Proven experience in developing and deploying Salesforce solutions in complex environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
