Integrate the CSDM and CMDB with third-party tools and systems such as network monitoring tools, asset management systems, and cloud platforms to ensure a comprehensive and unified view of the IT landscape Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices, ITIL certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with data modelling, schema design, and relational databases is desirable.
