This role is critical as the client transitions to a more functional consulting focus. The project is currently wrapping up SIT and preparing to start UAT. Responsibilities: Lead the Oracle Cloud Grants (70%) and PPM (30%) functional areas. Manage scope to ensure the client remains aligned with project objectives (what's in/out/post go live). Provide clear, user-friendly communication for status updates, ensuring the business understands. Guide the client on business process options, particularly in healthcare, offering expert advice and wearing a consultative hat. Engage with the client to help them understand how and why Oracle Cloud solutions will enhance their business operations. Execute standard implementation tasks, including configuration, testing, training, and more. Key Skills: Expertise in Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM modules. Strong scope management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business users. Deep understanding of business processes, especially in healthcare. Superior client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust. Comprehensive implementation experience, covering all stages from configuration to post-go-live support. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Oracle Cloud Grants and PPM. Demonstrated ability to manage scope and communicate effectively with clients. Strong consultative approach, with a deep understanding of business processes in healthcare. Excellent soft skills, including interpersonal and client-facing abilities.
