This contract-to-hire role involves leveraging Azure's capabilities to develop scalable AI systems that drive business value and innovation. Some experience in architecture is a plus. Qualifications: Experience: 4-7 years of experience in AI/Client development. Proven expertise in using Azure for AI/Client solutions, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant AI/Client libraries. Some experience in architecture is a plus. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of GenAI technologies and cloud-based architectures. Knowledge of Azure AI Studio, PySpark, and AI in PowerBI. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques on Azure. Familiarity with big data technologies and their integration with AI solutions. Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Responsibilities: AI/Client Solution Development: Develop scalable AI components using Azure. Design technical roadmaps and prototypes for AI projects. Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows on the Azure platform. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities. Develop, test, and deploy AI models using Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure Fabric. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the AI team. Mentor and coach junior engineers and analysts. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Explore and implement new AI techniques and methodologies. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
