Familiarity with Contact Center technologies, integration experience with Avaya Interaction Center and PBX like Avaya/Cisco Good troubleshooting skills (Log reading, tracing calls and analyzing issues) Proficient in Oracle Excellent analytical skills. Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions. Ability to apply technical/end-user knowledge to a range of situations.
