A day in the life: As a Solution Architect you will be able to architect, design, and build flexible, scalable, and resilient and secure products. As a true teammate you will partner closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and Scrum Masters to develop relationships, manage project scope, and ensure technical deliverables are met. Will exercise independent skill, judgment, and collaborate in developing recommendations and solutions to business issues. This position works closely with a diverse team of architects, engineers, support staff, developers, quality assurance analysts, business analysts, project managers, and other colleagues. Design and maintain an Enterprise Mobility Road map that aligns with the Cloud Infrastructure Road map. Architect Enterprise Mobility configurations and Create policies & processes, considering best practices and industry standards. Design and maintain secure Enterprise Mobility solutions in conjunction with enterprise asset mgmt. platform and with multiple MDM solutions. Develop Modern Workplace strategies to empower users and enable productivity from anywhere. Maintain open, clear communication with other technology team members. Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP platform. Work with vendors, architects,and lead engineers todefine best practices and evolve next generation capabilities and features. Design and engineer capabilities and features with the application engineer in mind, making adoption easy. Participate in all phases of multiple project initiatives, often concurrently, including requirements gathering and analysis, development, design, testing and production planning, reviewing and approving deliverables. Create functional diagrams, interface diagrams, and technical design specifications as related to the business and project requirements. Provide accurate and timely updates to Product and Project management about shifts in scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. Provide guidance and production support for a complex, geographically distributed environment. Use critical thinking and background to look at complex problems, offer feedback and guidance as to how to solve them, and lead the team that delivers the ultimate solution. Lead a team of Engineers with varying levels of experience in a product work stream. Coach and contribute to the development of technical team members through consistent, empathetic, and kind guidance, mentoring and learning sessions. Continue to identify opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement. Remain current on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science Microsoft certifications, ideally Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert & Modern Desktop Administrator certifications At least 8 years of Technology industry experience At least 3 years of experience performing architectural solution design for Cloud solutions. Ability to design and communicate technical/complex information, concepts, and decision points, both verbally and in writing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Comfort working in complex and large-scale environments. Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks. Strong ability to design and integrate device mgmt. with Enterprise asset mgmt. platform. Experience with Reporting and Analytics;Experience with PowerBI is a benefit. Extensive experience with Windows and MacOS device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), MS Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Jamf Products. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure AD, Azure Policies, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, Conditional Access, implementing Azure RBAC and Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM & JIT) Proficient in Power and Microsoft Graph scripting Successful track record delivering quality results on complex cross-functional projects.
