Role: D365 F&O Implementation Support Consultant

Location: Remote ( But they need candidates local to Texas )

candidates from oil and gas domain 

REGARDING RESUMES:

             No resumes will be sent to client longer than 7 pages.

             Resumes with tons of grammar, punctuation, etc. errors will not be sent to the client.

             Resumes with an entire first page off bullet points showcasing the candidates skillset/achievements will not be sent to client. ( candidate summary should not be more than 10 bullet points )

MUST HAVES: 

1.            How many years of experience do you have in the Manufacturing industry (MFG has many similarities to O&G)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Support Analyst with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Rentals, and other essential modules. As a D365 F&O Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and expertise in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Module Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Rentals, and other relevant modules to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-related issues.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and configurations, to ensure the system operates efficiently.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of D365 F&O modules, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to identify and address system improvements and enhancements.
Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, providing recommendations and implementing changes to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) with a focus on AP, AR, Rentals, and other relevant modules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are a plus.
