Years Experience: 8-11
ITSM, ITAM & ITBM best practices using ServiceNow
10 years as a BA with ITSM/ITBM/CMDB hands-on experience 
Excellent knowledge of Service Now APM and assisting with business process flows 
Hands on experience implementing and designing process improvements for a portfolio of Service Now ITOM processes
ITIL v3 certified
Agile/SCRUM experience hands on SAFe
CSM certified
Hands-on Rally experience for Agile management
