Provide best practices and recommendations on how to implement Azure features and resources. Identify and collect appropriate metrics to monitor performance and maintain availability. Resolve technical incidents, and provide root cause analysis, recommending prevention of future occurrences, providing descriptive and timely updates. Follow change and incident management processes. Perform capacity planning and cost optimization Create procedures and architectural diagrams. Share knowledge and mentor QRG staff members. Willingness to learn other tools supported by the team and provide on-call support. Qualifications Experience administering Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF, and DevOps to deploy production data warehouse systems. Experience working with tight project schedules for installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications running highly virtualized and cloud environments. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Ability to work individually, within a team, and lead projects. Experience as a Teradata DBA and Informatica Administrator is a plus.
