The role is around 20 hours per week. Senior Project Manager Responsibilities Facilitate and lead meetings related to RFP development and project management. Draft and manage confidential documentation and RFP materials. Define and document project scope, creating comprehensive project plans. Implement change management strategies to support project success. Manage project teams and subcontractors to execute implementation plans. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement collaborative projects. Develop and maintain project documentation and SharePoint sites. Lead development of standard operating procedures related to projects. Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams. Produce weekly project status reports and other project-related communications. Occasionally mentor junior staff and contribute to project management training. Senior Project Manager Qualifications Minimum five years of experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently. Strong facilitation and writing skills, with experience drafting RFP documents. Proficiency in document and schedule management. Experience in change management related to project implementation. Ability to contribute to contract development, management, and execution. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management tracking applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. PMP Certification preferred; Prosci Change Management Certification helpful.
