Prepare, review, and execute test cases catering to client business needs Prepare, review, and maintain testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports,) to ensure complete test coverage Triage defects to resolution with metrics and document remediation steps for future reference. Lead QA team on overall testing activities, approaches, and strategies Ability to determine the types of testing that must be conducted (i.e., data validation, regression, etc.), including evaluating the testability of requirements and create a comprehensive test plan that supports the business and technological solutions being delivered. Identification and Test Data Preparation Techniques. Establish, maintain, and oversee all aspects of QA processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness and alignment to industry best practices Manage risks and deliverables to ensure that the testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Required Skills: 8+ Years end-to-end testing experience including requirements analysis, test case design and development, testing execution, and maintenance. 5+ Years of experience functioning in a lead capacity for testing projects Thorough knowledge of Software Test Life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle etc. Proficiency with Test Case Preparation and Execution. Experience in writing complex SQL queries Defect tracking experience (i.e. Jira, Bugzilla, etc) Should have exposure to large data sets and understand Data Quality Framework. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework. Experience with one of more of the following testing tools: JIRA, Postman, Selenium Experience of working with offshore counterpart leading through detail level of coordination for QA deliveries. Soft Skills: Good communication skills with a confident personality so that lead a QA team as well as demonstrate the output to other scrum teams. Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining urgency in completing assigned tasks. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately. Excellent learning skills, must learn and also guide other team members on their knowledge. Should be a self-starter; takes responsibility and ownership and is self-driven. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as ability to work within a team Good team player; commitment to high-quality output and service.
