Support, maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure under management against SLAs. Write scripts and configuration management to automate repetitive tasks. High level technical skills of infrastructure and cloud deployments. Optimize the entire software delivery pipeline with quality built in. Troubleshooting and solving complex problems with skilled colleagues. Splunk, AppDynamics configuration needed like new monitoring setup, existing monitoring updates, etc., Understanding of Splunk searches - alerts creation, dashboards creation, Deep-dive analysis of events Understanding of AppDynamics - Health rules setup, policies setup , Dashboards creation, Business transaction monitoring setup Communication - Handle the calls with all relevant questions/clarifications, Gather requirements. Experience: At least 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure. Solid understanding of automation principles and programming experience using Python or Golang. Experience working with EKS or other containerization tooling. Experience utilizing automation tools like Terraform. Strong experience with CI/CD tooling Strong understanding of Security, Monitoring and Performance aspects of cloud-native platform and application architectures. Technical Skillset: Experience using Cloud Services required (AWS, Azure, PCF, etc.) A strong desire to learn, teach, document and practice new skills is a must. Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, OpenVPN etc.). Strong experience with logging and reporting systems (Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, etc.). Have several years of experience developing CI / CD pipelines for building and deploying cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Work with Agile teams to design microservices hosted via Docker containers (on ECS) or Serverless (AWS Lambda) Get excited by creating automated cloud monitoring, alerting, and recovery tools. Technical Stack: S3/CloudFront, Splunk, Grafana, AppD, Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, ELK, CDP/GitLab, Microservices Prior experience as a developer extremely helpful.
