Practical experience with organizational change management, including people, process, and technology change implementations Proven expertise in change principles and application, including at least 5 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus Exceptional communication skills for a variety of audiences, both written and verbal and using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, newsletters, video, and infographics Strong emotional intelligence and ability to establish and maintain relationships Ability to motivate and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics

Job description:

1. Review and update all training materials created to date:o Sales Enablemento Sales forecastingo SLMo Dictionary / Glossary2. Support creation of new training materials:o Adjustment toolo Partner Programo Native CRM reporting changes 3. Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding N$R program phases:o Data Clean-upo Dual reportingo GTM Planning kickoffo Release (Sales Comp Summit)o Post release support4. Revised training and communication plan:o Consideration of GTM planning kick-off5. Facilitate training of a basic understanding to:o SOMso Sales Managerso Forecastingo RRPO teamo Partner Managerso Finance (support only)o Romania team (support only)6. Develop and manage the Change Agent Network7. Develop and report on adoption metrics8. Support hyper care activities - Post release support (office hours, communication, training materials revision...)
