This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates who can work primarily in the US East Coast time zone. The role requires travel for about 1 week every 2 months. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the enterprise-wide implementation of Kinaxis S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure project requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on enterprise-wide implementations. Strong experience with Kinaxis S&OE and S&OP solutions is preferred. PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for project-related activities as required (approximately 1 week every 2 months).
