We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager IT Professional (preferably with Healthcare Experience) who has strong experience in: - Requirements Gathering/Documentation - Building/Tracking Project Plans - Exposure to Relational Databases and SQL is a plus! Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, creating comprehensive documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution. Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including project charters, requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flows. Ensure all technical documentation is up to date and accessible. Added Bonus SQL and Data Analysis: Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and report on data to support business needs. Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis. Proven experience in creating detailed project documentation and technical specifications. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. PMP, CBAP, or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience with SQL and data analysis is an added bonus but not required. Preferred Skills: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks. Experience in the healthcare industry a plus but not required.
