Competencies: Network Security Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: Proven experience in a network administrator role- Preferably L2/L3 level (Palo Alto, Cisco Trained and Certified good to have) Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching (Actual physical experience in large datacenters for all Network devices/equipment) Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking Desirable Skills: Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customers network devices Ensure network security and connectivity Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Resolve issues reported by end user and monitor the support queue in ITSM tool Incident/Problem/Change/Service Request/Configuration Management Define/Document network policies and procedures Assist in network project implementation.
