Strong understanding of macOS, certificates, networking, and security principles. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in group settings. Able to identify problems that are not always noticed and take the initiative to dive into the issue and produce resolutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with integrating Mac systems with Azure Active Directory for identity and Access management. Knowledge of working with products like Microsoft Defender, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, O365 suite, Zscaler, Cisco Secure, Citrix Workspace, and Jamf ADCS (Active Directory Certificate Service). Possess knowledge of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) certificates and 802.1x authentication protocols. Utilize this knowledge to configure and manage secure network connections and authentication mechanisms for macOS devices.
