Job Title : Senior SailPoint IIQ Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION About the job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our core development team.The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, resolving issues related to user lifecycle management, and supporting our transition to future SAAS solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Enhancements: Develop and implement product enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including modifications to attributes and resolving issues related to Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Return from Leave processes. Solution Deployment: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in deploying and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions for access governance and lifecycle management, particularly in the upgrade from version 8.2 to 8.4. Scripting and Testing: Execute and test scripts to ensure new solutions meet requirements, and resolve any deviations or exceptions encountered during development and testing phases. Collaboration: Work closely with the HCM - Oracle team and security teams to integrate new hire data into the IIQ product, and ensure seamless data flow from IIQ to other systems like Active Directory and various applications. Customization and Configuration: Utilize Bean, Java, XML, and JavaScript for customization and configuration tasks within SailPoint IIQ to meet organizational needs. QualificationsExperience: Proven experience deploying and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, with expertise in versions 8.2 and 8.4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bean scripting and Java, with a solid understanding of XML and JavaScript for customization and configuration purposes. IAM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices, particularly in the context of SailPoint IIQ. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues related to user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Return from Leave). Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HCM and security teams, to ensure successful integration and data flow. Preferred SkillsCloud Transition: Experience with transitioning from on-prem to SAAS solutions in SailPoint or similar IAM products. Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
