The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients and vendors. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups. Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors. Networking and Collaboration: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the client base. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Proven track record of successfully securing and managing direct client and vendor relationships. Experience in [relevant industry or sector]. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
