Role : Test Automation Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Long term contract We are looking for a Test Automation Analyst to assist in building our test automation department. This is for an initiative to build test automation services within the Banks Technology Center of Excellence (TCOE). RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include the design, development, execution and installation of test automation scripts within the test automation framework. The resource will participate in the definition, construction and rollout of the automation framework and assist in the definition and validation of test strategies. The candidate will prepare estimates for automation projects and recommend process improvements. Update test execution statistics and metrics following agreed upon processes as part of regularly scheduled status updates. Product status reports on automation progress identifying issues and risks. REQUIRMENTS: Experience in QTP and Quality Center. The ability to lead other test automation engineers in development of automation scripts within assigned time frames. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Assurance concepts. Must be detailed oriented and work independently on multiple projects. Minimum of 10 years experience including 5 years test automation system architecture design and implementation. At least 5 years Quality Center experience required.
