Interview: (Video Pre-Screening by me for 15 - 30 min). 2 rounds with the client(video screening by the HM, Video screening by the panel) RATE : $55/HR c2c Qualifications: 10+ years in relevant business field (Insurance / Healthcare). Proven experience in client engagements to source and document requirements and integration requirements. Strong Process background Must be able to independently understand and document process workflows, dependencies, integration points, stakeholders to create compelling narratives to be used for delivery. Good understanding / Working experience with reporting, cloud and data technologies. Strong understanding of requirement gathering, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across a cross section of business and technology stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including ability to reach cross-functional agreements. Preferred Traits: Proactive attitude. Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst. Experience with data profiling and writing technical ETL specifications. Experience with BI/Data Warehousing projects. Analytics-Focused and Business Champion Focused. Very good inter-people skills to effectively interface with customers, team members, and colleagues. VERY strong communication capability in English, both verbal and written. Able to work in a diversified environment. Team Player. Fast learner. Time/Project management skills.
