Job Description The cloud architect is responsible for the cloud computing initiatives within an organization and for directing the architectural aspects of a cloud brokering team across all aspects of IT and the business. Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's cloud computing infrastructure and applications. Implements and designs hardware and software. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Additional job details and special considerations This Cloud Solutions Architect 3 contractor position is part of the WIC Applications team and will be working to understand the architecture and engineer the transfer of a CRM solution using Dynamics 365 and other services in Microsoft 365 Power Platform. This position will perform cloud solutions architect duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Dynamics 365, Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), Dataverse, Power Pages, Mobile Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Desktop Flows, Connectors, Business Process Flows, and more. Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model. Understanding of Dataverse tables and uses. Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals. Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor. Experience with Azure platform services, Azure data factory for data migration, Azure VMs and security objects. Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. II.
