Participate in the business analysis process and provide product and implementation expertise to clients in how best to implement and use the system, identify scope gaps, advise on workaround solutions when applicable. Support in detailed project planning activities Communicate on project progress to engagement manager and scrum masters Provide expertise on the functional and technical implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce, its various administrative cockpits and the SAP Hybris Accelerators. Lead client discussions mapping business requirements to the SAP Hybris platform. Provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce and more. Understand SAP Hybris data structures, facilitate discussions about data models and leverage expertise and past experience to anticipate business implications of data modeling decisions and make necessary compromises. Apply expertise and experience to draw insights from analytics data (e.g., AOV, page-views, visits, unique visits, line items per order, conversion rates) to identify opportunities to improve KPIs (key performance indicators) Lead ecommerce personalization initiatives/strategy using tools like Lytics, Rich Relevance (Algonomy) etc. Experience with implementing analytics on ecommerce websites using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc. Experience working on Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Design Patterns, Apache, Tomcat, Build Tools- Ant/Maven/Jenkins, SCM Tools CVS/SVN/GIT Hub Proven SAP Commerce expertise on SAP Commerce Cloud 2005 or latest with knowledge of CCV2, Knowledge on Deployments in CCV2 instance. Functional and Technical Knowledge on B2B Commerce Modules, B2B Storefront Development, Addons and customizations, SAP Commerce Core and Commerce Modules. Hybris OCC layer, SAP Integrations with SAP Commerce, Payment Integrations, Hot Folder Integrations, Single Sign On using SAML extension of Hybris, Order Management, Quote Management, and Integrations. Experience in integrating SAP Commerce with Marketing and Customer Data platforms, Experience on AEM Integration with SAP Commerce, Hybris back-office customization, Smart Edit, Promotions, SAP Spartacus integration with Backend. Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable and meets customers' business requirements Drive commonality in the eCommerce platform across the enterprise. Requirements- Approximately 10 to 12 years of total experience and Hybris Implementation experience in minimum 5 projects. 2 4 years implementing Hybris Commerce Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework Experience of implementing and/or supporting large web-based applications server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment. Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: waterfall, agile, Scrum, et al. Strong academic record including a degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field Generic Managerial Skills- Excellent communication skills Oral, Written and Presentation Collaborative Team Player Proactive and ready to take the ownership Consultative in approach Act as a liaison between technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and System Integrators to drive eCommerce projects Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
