Must have Java experience. We are looking to hire Java Solutions Architect where you will be responsible for crafting cohesive, compliant, and scalable system architectures to integrate enterprise business systems seamlessly. With a deep understanding of solution architecture, software design, and industry best practices, you will lead all aspects of system design and architecture. This role involves establishing architecture runways for agile teams, ensuring enabling capabilities are identified and planned to maximize sustained velocity. Effective communication of design artifacts and roadmaps is essential, ensuring clear technical direction aligned with lean principles and evolutionary design. Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices will be crucial to seize opportunities and mitigate threats effectively. Role Requirements: Proven experience guiding multiple agile development teams and establishing architecture runways. Strong background in software engineering. Comprehensive understanding of business, corporate strategy, processes, enabling technologies, and architectural governance. Ability to provide guidance, estimates, and task definitions to team members. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills: 6+ years performing solution design & system integration. Proficiency in multiple programming languages like Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, bash scripts, and Groovy, with a focus on full-stack development. Mastery of Domain Driven Design and microservice architecture, including REST API design, Event-driven architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, C4 Modeling, containerized workloads (e.g., Docker), and database design. Hands-on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS, and modern Java. Skilled in cloud-native architecture and design in AWS. Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture using AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, or similar platforms. Experience with Agile methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, XP, or Kanban. Salesforce integration experience is helpful. Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline with 12+ years of total IT experience OR Masters Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline with 10+ years of total IT experience.
