Based on the problem statement nature do a complete Analysis, Design, and documentation. Then present it to a broader group for approval. Once the design is approved then start the coding, write unit test cases, and raise code review request, address review comments, do integration testing. Run the design and implementation changes with offshore team and help them as needed to get the work done. Own the entire delivery with offshore team support and make sure the delivery is on time. Once Integration testing done then deploy code for QA team to do a further testing. Skill set Senior profile with a Strong knowledge in core Java and with a strong communication skill and enough hands-on with Restful service, define API contract, Develop API implementation. Decent JavaScript knowledge to understand any UI integrations when required.
