Contract Length: Contract to hire (6+ months) Remote or On-site: On-site 5 days/week in Exton, PA Salary: $70-80k annually ship: Must be able to convert without sponsorship Required Skills: High School or trade diploma Technical school credits or equivalent 5+ Years experience Knowledge of Building Management Systems(DDC0 including BAS, environmental monitoring, and asset management. cGMP experience Ability to lift 50lbs and work in 100F conditions for short periods of time, as required. Bonus Skills: Apprentice school program is preferred. Associate/bachelors degree is preferred Position Description: Works within Standard Operating Procedures Experience in Air Handling Units, Hot Water Boilers, Plant and Clean Steam Boilers, Chillers, DI Water, Specialty Gases, House Vacuum System, and Process Equipment Troubleshooting and solving problems on the equipment Managing the equipment calibration schedule with appropriate service group. Managing vendor relationships. Manages inventory of all supplies required for maintenance. Coordinates and tracks department work assignments and PMs of systems and equipment. Work off hours to handle equipment issues. PMs and service including general building repair of lighting, plumbing, painting, ceiling work, electrical and HVAC.
