Job Description: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer for a global technology company. Qualified candidates will have expertise in application workflows and connector-based automated provisioning. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in gathering requirements, performing design analysis, and integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various applications. This role requires a deep understanding of custom workflow development, approval processes, and modifying out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows to meet client-specific requirements. The candidate should possess strong skills in developing rules using Bean and Java, with proficiency in working on RHEL Unix and Oracle SQL environments. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with application teams to gather and analyze requirements. Perform detailed design analysis to integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ effectively. Workflow Development: Develop custom workflows with necessary approvals. Modify existing OOTB workflows to align with client requirements. Rule Development: Create and manage rules in Bean converting Java for various applications. Develop identity trigger rules, aggregation rules, connector rules, certification rules, and policy rules using the JDBC connector. System Integration: Integrate IdentityIQ with various applications ensuring seamless provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Implement and manage connector-based automated provisioning. Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in RHEL Unix and Oracle SQL to support development and integration tasks. Ensure the system operates efficiently within the On-Prem version of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Required Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with RHEL Unix and Oracle SQL. Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the On-Prem version of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and Bean scripting. Strong knowledge of JDBC connector for rule development. Experience in developing and managing custom workflows and modifying OOTB workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ or related identity management solutions.
