Sr . Project Manager Visa: USC or GC only Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid Interview: Video Length: 6 months contract(potential to convert or extend) Local candidates only; in office required 2 days/week Required Skills Superior project management and leadership abilities. Qualifications Bachelors Degree and Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in project management implementing large enterprise software systems. Proficiency in MSOffice Suite, Microsoft Project/SmartSheet, SharePoint, Rally, or similar tools. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day project activities within the assigned technology domain. Collaborate with release train leaders and scrum teams. Ensure successful project completion on scope, budget, and schedule. Develop and maintain project deliverables (Plan of Record, Project Management Plan, Resource Plans, Project Status Reports, IRAAD Log). Apply industry best practices to drive success. Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and proactive communication. PMO Support Assist with program tracks and co-own duties of the Release Train Engineer (RTE): Maintain track-level plans and roadmaps. Manage track-level artifacts, risk/issues processes, and change control. Report and track metrics. Facilitate planning events and dependency management. Keep meta-information in Rally up to date. Essential Functions Facilitate and report on key track-level metrics for proactive decision-making. Align processes, plans, and artifacts with the Program plan and milestones. Lead quarterly planning, project status meetings, and backlog management. Monitor and control projects, managing milestones, scope, issues, and risks. Develop and implement communication strategies. Provide process leadership and support to project/scrum teams.
