Interview: (Video Pre-Screening by me for 15 - 30 min). 2 rounds with the client(video screening by the HM, Video screening by the panel) Mandatory Qualifications: Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation, and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project managers, technical team, and other Business Analysts Desirable Qualifications: experience performing analysis, documentation and validation of business requirements in a software development environment business and systems analysis experience working on the implementation of enterprise systems and conducting analysis for the creation of shared enterprise components business and systems analysis experience on analyzing data and relational databases business and systems analysis experience on evaluating, identifying and leveraging data for consolidation and reuse between different systems and stakeholders creating requirements documentation, including but not limited to: Use cases, Data dictionary, Business rules catalog, Screen prototypes, Screen Specifications, and adhering to pre-established templates experience of working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements experience identifying, documenting and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders Thanks & Regards Anuj Singh Cybertec, Inc.
