The leader must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able to coordinate with multiple teams across the organization to capture requirements and drive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow Targeted Victorys email marketing programs, helping to advance Targeted Victorys position as the market leader in online fundraising Ability to gather requirements, do a full discovery, and write technical requirements to achieve goal Develop strategies and tactics to increase the performance of Targeted Victory email products Partner with ESP and data vendors to expand the effectiveness of Targeted Victory email efforts Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and advance email marketing effectiveness Analyze, optimize, and report on key fundraising and email marketing metrics Create the structure and processes necessary to manage email operations and projected growth Can work independent and in a team setting Ability to understand complex process and operation, the flow of data, targeting and events.
