Need to ensure some overlap time with onsite team. Flexible to work in weekends as needed while on standard weekday. Should manage assigned team and be able to co-ordinate with onsite team and guide the offshore team as per need Good communication skills (verbal and written) Experience 6-8 years Working experience in SQL Server/Oracle, DB Queries/Stored procedures and ability to write the database queries to support the live data need Hands on experience in core java technologies May need additional experience in Node js, React Js, AWS cloud environment Reports - Status and Issue resolution Ticket monitoring and resolution of support ticket related to User on-boarding & access management Handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations.
