The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of Salesforce administration and development expertise, full stack web development capabilities, and a solid background in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and API integration. Experience with Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of agile methodologies are essential. Additional skills in AWS, PHP, WordPress, Financial Services Cloud, Power BI, and SQL are a plus but not required. Years of Experience 6+ years' experience in Salesforce, Web Development, Java, and API integrations Desired Skill Salesforce Administration and Development: Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, customization, and data integrity. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code. Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns Experience with SOQL Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Salesforce Admin Certified Full Stack Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and other relevant technologies. Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems. Manage containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes. Design, develop, and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between various systems. Ensure secure and efficient API communication and integration with internal and external systems. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Azure DevOps: Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and version control. Implement best practices for DevOps, including automation, and monitoring. Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions to ensure high-quality code and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Agile Environment: Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint timelines. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the development team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of six years of development experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer. Salesforce Administrator certification. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Strong full stack web development skills, including proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, and API integration. Knowledge of database management systems (SQL). Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and skills to assist where needed. Strong management and organization skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations using strong judgement and high level decision making skills Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and with others Industry Expertise a Plus: Utilize deep understanding of the wealth management industry, particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space, to design and implement solutions that address specific industry challenges and requirements. Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact our systems and processes.
