Job Description: Please send candidates who meet or exceed the Below experience: As an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring they align with our business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate fluently in Japanese will be crucial in collaborating with our clients and stakeholders in Japan. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Evaluate existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and present business cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation in both Japanese and English. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst. Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
