We are seeking an experienced Kafka Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in managing Confluent Kafka platforms, with hands-on experience in Kafka Brokers, Schema Registry, KSQL DB, and Kafka connectors. This role involves designing and implementing technical solutions for Kafka on-premise and in the cloud, particularly within Azure Kubernetes Service.Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Setup, maintain, and upgrade Confluent Kafka platforms.
Kafka Brokers: Manage and troubleshoot Kafka Brokers.
Schema Registry: Handle the setup and maintenance of Schema Registry.
KSQL DB: Work with KSQL DB, including an understanding of its underlying implementation and functions.
Kafka Connectors: Implement and manage Kafka connectors, with a solid understanding of their underlying functionality.
Kafka Clients: Proficiently manage Kafka client Producer and Consumer functioning.
Technical Solutions: Design and implement technical solutions for Kafka on-premise and in Confluent Cloud.
Azure Kubernetes Service: Deploy and manage Kafka in Azure Kubernetes Service.
Azure Cloud: Work with Kafka deployment and management within the Azure cloud environment.Qualifications:
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Kafka administration.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Confluent Kafka platform setup, maintenance, and upgrade. Strong hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers, Schema Registry, KSQL DB, and Kafka connectors.
Cloud Expertise: Experience with Kafka deployment in Azure Kubernetes Service and working within the Azure cloud.
