Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders. Clearly identify project stakeholders and establishes customer classes, as well as their characteristics. Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements. Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Collaborate with other team members to find the best solutions for our clients Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst 5+ years experience following system development lifecycles (SDLC) 5+ years experience with working directly with end users in a production support environment. 3+ years expertise with complex process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as requirement traceability matrixes, as-is and to-be diagrams, Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description. 2+ years experience with process analysis; systems analysis; process architectures and systems analysis methodologies; and project management methodologies including both Waterfall and Agile. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
