Design and deliver Master data management principles for reducing analytical and operational master data duplicity, master data fragmentation across core and transition applications, and optimizing operational/analytical master data interfaces. Architect and maintain the Master Data Management principles and approach. Identify and promote Data Governance principles. Ensure SOX compliance and SDLC best practices of designed solutions. Organization Managed Relationships with enterprise application leads, business application leads, and business users. Interface with business sponsors, drivers, and steering committees. Collaborating with stakeholders to establish a robust data governance framework. Data modeling Design and maintain data models that align with business requirements and adhere to data governance policies. Collaborate on the designing and building of business process models and their alignment with the data models. Determine the logical design of a target enterprise data model that will be promoted as the standard data model across all enterprise applications. Review and approve the proposed data models for any new project initiative. Ensuring data models support data quality, integrity, and security. Master Data Management Collaborating on the implementation of master data management strategies. Ensuring consistency and accuracy of master data across the organization. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques. Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of interpreting customer business requirements needs and translating them into application and process requirements. Problem-solving skills: apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems. Knowledge of database languages such as T-SQL or PL-SQL. Knowledge of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau. Mathematical and statistical skills are valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data. Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations. Understanding of data protection issues. Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational. Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, and decisiveness. Written and verbal communication skills to interact with business executives. Proven aptitude to acquire new technical skills as needed. Flexibility, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills. Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably within a decentralized multi-national organization. Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline.
