Skill: SAP C4C Service Cloud Utilities Functional Consultant Location: Seattle, WA, USA Remote Note:- This requirement is for Remote, (Travel to Seattle, WA a nice to have if needed.) Job Description / Responsibilities: Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud solutions. Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud modules to ensure they align with client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud with other systems. Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP Service Cloud environment. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases. SAP Service Cloud implementation experience in Utilities industry Strong communicator via phone and video since this is a remote project. Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Service Cloud implementations, with a focus on the utilities industry. Strong understanding of utility business processes, including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing. Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. SAP Service Cloud certification is highly desirable.
